Deborah has over thirty years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant, specializing in tax services. She earned her BS in Accounting at San Diego State University and also studied in the Masters Tax program at Golden Gate University. Deborah began her career at Price Waterhouse LLP and earned her CPA license in 1993. She was em
Deborah has over thirty years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant, specializing in tax services. She earned her BS in Accounting at San Diego State University and also studied in the Masters Tax program at Golden Gate University. Deborah began her career at Price Waterhouse LLP and earned her CPA license in 1993. She was employed in industry for several years as Tax Manager for Electronic Arts before joining a local firm in Morgan Hill, California where she served clients diligently for more than sixteen years. Deborah has volunteered her financial services to various for local nonprofits and is also a member of the AICPA and California Society of CPAs. She works with individuals, corporations and other business entities in both California and multi-state jurisdictions. She also provides services for tax provisions, including ASC 740, and has experience with Section 382 issues.
